What Our Clients Are Saying

My husband & I wanted a slightly used recumbent exercise bike & had walked past 23 Fitness several times. Finally stopped in & am soooo glad we did! Ken & Tracy (the husband/wife team) were very helpful & knowledgeable in suggesting different machines AND were able to deliver it to our 3rd story room that we needed it put in!
Absolutely wonderful people to work with—highly recommend if you’re looking for any kind of exercise equipment. If they don’t have it on hand, they can find it for you!
